Common questions
The examiner can't hear me
Check that PrepPass has microphone access in your iPhone's Settings → PrepPass, take the exam somewhere quiet, and keep the phone on the loudspeaker.
I bought credits but they didn't appear
Close and reopen the app with an internet connection; unfinished purchases are completed when the app starts. If they still don't appear, email us with the date of the purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I changed phone and lost my credits
PrepPass accounts are anonymous and tied to the app on your phone. Email us and we'll do our best to help.
Is this the official Trinity exam?
No. PrepPass is an independent practice app. Mock scores are estimates to help you prepare; they are not official results. Book the real test through Trinity College London.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: gear icon → Delete my data. See Delete your data for other options.
